A private client's vehicles were being damaged on their property

Client:

Private Client in Hampshire.

Background:

The client had complained that their vehicles were being damaged on the driveway of their property.

As a result, the client appointed Bascombe International to gather evidence to try and fathom what was going on.

Solution:

Bascombe International set up of a series of cameras and carried out static surveillance from an upstairs window of the clients property, with the occupier’s permission. All surveillance had to carried out in line with GDPR rules so that was minimal collateral intrusion.

Result:

After several days of recording, footage revealed that the resident of the property opposite was, in fact, throwing small bricks over the house from his back garden; which were landing on the clients  vehicles.

The CCTV footage was invaluable to the client. As a result, the police were called to the scene and arrested the individual responsible, who admitted the offence and was subsequently charged with criminal damage.

Feedback:

“Absolutely delighted with the work undertaken by Bascombe International. We had absolutely no idea how our vehicles were being damaged and it was only the very keen eye of their agent that spotted the bricks coming over the roof from the house opposite! Thanks again.”
